This is the most fantastic butcher - I bought mince that was sooo good, a lamb rack ( for tea tomorrow) and tender flavoursome chicken. Just wish I’d bought more and that I’d bought some steak there for our dinner the night before instead of going out - at least the lovely butcher knows the difference between scotch fillet and ? Porter house - which was a disappointment for me where we went $70.00 would have been better spent on really lovely meat.

We recently stocked up on t-bones, steak, sausages and pork etc while we were on a prospecting trip. Top quality and price, best beef sausages I have ever tasted. Bought some back to Perth with us. Keep up the great work lads.
