Adelaide Isuzu

We do not recommend a service with Adelaide Isuzu.nnDisappointed with our first major service for our Dmax with a chassis extension with Isuzu Adelaide. At 2pm when we showed up we were advised that there is a brake leak but its still ok to drive as the leak is small but to get it fixed shortly. Then at 4.15pm when we signed and paid we were advised by someone else that you cannot drive with a leak as its unsafe to do so, but there is nothing they can do about it as they dont have the tools. We spoke to our Chassis extension specialist in NSW and he said very likely they just need tightening. I relayed this information back to service who assured me they had tightened it and it didn't fix it so it needs to go to a brake specialist (now by the way).nnWe are travellers at present in a motorhome on the back of the ute, so we needed this fixed.nnAt 4.30pm I was calling around brake specialists to get them looked at as Isuzu Adelaide had sent us on our way (we felt like this was a bit of lack of duty of care at this stage they just wanted us gone).nnNo brake specialist wants to take on a new job at 4.30pm.nnFinally we randomly call a mechanic up the road Gilles Plains Mechanical; totally recommend these guys. They took us in, we arrived at 5pm (closing time for everyone). The mechanic slides under the ute, tightens the brake line said it was leaking from 4 places, and all were loose, NONE had been tightened.nnHe tightened all, we pumped the brake and they worked with us for half an hour to stop the leak with spanners. Not sure what Isuzu is on about that they dont have the special tools for brakes? Spanners?nnWe wont be returning to Isuzu Adelaide. The lack of duty of care is appalling, also saying they had tightened the brake line when it was clear they hadn't even tried.nnExtra star is for finding the brake leak.

After buying my brand new Isuzu MU-X at another dealer in Adelaide and frustrated with the poor service I was receiving there so I tried this business for my last service.nZak in the service department was extremely helpful and friendly and courteous and managed to identify some issues that I wasn't aware of and had them fixed for me.nReplaced my turbo at no cost and managed to fix two extra issues that I'd had since I'd had the vehicle new.nThey managed to fix those things in minutes and very much appreciated.nGreat friendly service.

Was passing through Adelaide returning from Holidays with a new D-Max which needed it's 3,000km service. Asked that it be done as quickly as possibly and they advised if I delivered it first thing in the morning it would be done by 0930AM. They delivered on this promise and even took the time to wash it. Their prompt service enable is to get on with our return trip promptly as was much appreciated. Thanks to Adelaide Isuzu.

Recently bought a new Isuzu D-Max from the exceptional staff at Isuzu Adelaide who were fantastic in their customer service, always answered phone queries promptly and efficiently, their professionalism is second to none and their service in providing you with the best product for your requirements speaks highly of the care for their customers and follow-up was very thorough. Overall an absolutely great, easy, yet fulfilling experience with the staff at this dealership. Makes us realise what crap we've put up with in the past in using other dealers for providing us with vehicles for our company. Many thanks for your service guys, keep up the great work!
