Paradise Mazda

We purchased our car from Paradise Mazda. First time we visited was on a Thursday evening (1st October) around 8.15 pm, and we felt like they initially thought that we were just killing time and was not interested in buying a car, so the first agent who served us (can't remember his name) was quite rude and didn't take much interest in answering our queries. However we were then passed onto Joe, who was very helpful and patiently answered all our questions. Joe was very friendly and made our end to end purchasing process a smooth one. Alongside Joe was Josh who was a newly commenced agent and he was friendly and helpful too. If not for Joe and Josh we wouldn't have bought the car from Paradise Mazda!nnEdit to my previous comment!nnWe revisited couple of weeks ago to purchase our second car and was hoping to meet with Joe and was told he had been transferred to the used car section. We were served by another young bloke and then with the finance representative and our whole experience was unsatisfactory. We felt like they almost didn't want the business from us.nnPrior to visiting paradise Mazda we visited Mawson lakes Mazda to check out the prices, as a friend highly recommended it. And their customer service was top notch and from the time we entered the showroom they made us feel home and they looked after us. That service was lacking at Paradise Mazda and we didn't even feel like purchasing a car when we didn't feel like we weren't treated well!

Thank you to the Paradise Mazda team for their outstanding customer service and professional knowledge. Specifically, Nathan and Frank; in ‘Used Cars.’ The boys have excellent attention to detail, and went above and beyond, answering all of my queries. I bought an amazing Volkswagen Polo last week and could not be any happier with my first car purchase! I highly recommend :)

Paradise Mazda is my favourite dealership in Adelaide. Everyone is very personable, approachable and happy to help. Rob Mayne is a great salesman to deal with - really helpful and happy to deal with any queries / problems. Super excited for my Mazda 3 to arrive later this year!
