Commonwealth Bank Queen St Branch

It’s been 2 years.. they are very nice with me but today the men name scott uren, he was so rude with me. He don’t know how talk with customers, even he not let me to talk to other staff members and he said he can’t help me at all but the same thing happened last time and there staff sort my problem very nicely. From today I’ll never visit there brunch and I’ll never recommend my friends ever to visit there.

Today I arrived with my partner to open a joint account one hour before the closing time . After 10min the lady told us that nobody was available and advised us to leave. Really surprising when you see the size of the bank ! Then we walked till Westpac next door and opened our account in 20min without waiting and with a great service.

I was just served by a team member who had the best customer service ever! I didn't catch her name but her teller ID was 44. When the team have such fantastic customer service skills you know they are doing something right at this branch!

I visited this branch twice last week and was thoroughly impressed with the service. I was diligently assisted by Rosie and Lynette who both went above and beyond. These ladies exceeded my banking expectations. Thanks for the positive experiences, Rosie and Lynette!

Unfortunately they never have enough people on and it takes way too long to get anything done at the business counters
