I specified quite clearly what was required and said that it would be fiddly and we agreed on a rate and time frame that I was happy to work with. She was efficient and communicated with me, when the system kicked her out with the activity that she was doing. I liked that she was able to use good common sense in deciphering illegible hand writing and I've had quite a high convert rate to my website since.
