One of the best places to stay in Perth. Central location to many attractions s. Its a home away from home. A friendly attentive staff who will make relax and feel very welcome. Great value for money.
Great customer service and the room was lovely. Very comfortable bed! Just don't use the valet service that cost $50. We waited over 45 mins for our car when our friends came after us and only waited 10 mins. It was organised chaos! Just kept telling us our car was on its way. The big car park is only across the road. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
There is totall wastage of money by staying here . I had stayed last time there was no Air-Conditioner working and hotel staff can’t resolve this issue . Its better to stay in 3 star hotel . People usually go to relax in hotel but here is stress. Its better to stay in 2 or 3 Star hotel don’t waste your money here .

Very dissapointing for such an international hotel.
Hidden costs such as card surcharge and $100 for a deposit added to my card costs but not shown on the bill at check out. I now have to wait to see if I get a refund. Rooms where average.
