I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Rebel Ford, I couldn't regard it any higher giving it 5 stars. It was a stress free and very smooth process from start to finish.nMore specifically I give my utmost appraisal to Ben, the new car salesman, not only was he extremely genuine to work with, he is also a true professional of his trade. His vast years of experience in car sales, coupled with his eagerness to create customer satisfaction was far superior to that to any other salesman's I have encountered locally at other dealerships, putting him and his team well above the field. His approach is relaxed and pressure free, thus giving the customer peace of mind. He is all open ears when it comes to understanding you situation and your needs, the greater time I spent speaking to Ben, the more inclined I became.nHe went out of his way on numerous occasions to get the right vehicle just for me. At no time throughout the deal was I left second questioning nor did I feel this wasn't the car for me. Ben is a man who stays true to his word.nNot only did I leave Rebel Ford with a brand new Ford Ranger, but i also left with my dignity in tact.nThankyou Ben! I recently purchased a new car from Rebel Ford. Mark and Ben went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was great. Everything was explained clearly and they showed me total respect when outlining the choices I had to make and the differences between each choice. I was kept informed as to when the car would arrive and once it had arrived.nWhen I went to collect the car Mark spent a long period of time running through with me the vehicles features, explaining important details and also some fun features.nThe whole experience was a great experience and I would highly recommend purchasing a car through these guys.nThanks Mark and Ben. Love my new car.

The $1495.00 so called platinum warranty does not cover the Intercooler (2016 Ford Transit Van)nNot a cheap item to replace.nnAlso the Fixed Price Service is anything but.nnPlease read every single word in the PDS before paying such an amount and then finding out it's not what you believe it is.
