Came here with my parents and partner. Customer service was excellent. Ice cream was to die for and the young lad working makes an amazing coffee. Will definitely be returning when down that way again.

A pork burger special, well cooked with a really nice sauce and crispy cooked chips. All very nice.

You don't usually expect to cry when you're grabbing an afternoon coffee & cake but the genuinely decent humans who run this place made it happen.nnFirstly...Henry is a champion. Some of the best customer service I've experienced, ever. His attitude is contagious and really lovely to experience. The kinda guy you can tell is going places. Thanks Henry! You're a legend.nnThen, there was an older lady seated in the back corner, alone. Elderly people on their own always pull my heart strings but it was when the owner/chef brought a dessert to her table and refused to let her pay that my heart melted. He said he hadn't seen her since Christmas (it was Dec 29) so...Merry Christmas. It's the kind of warmth we dont see often enough. The kindness from one human to another that makes the world a better place.nnWe stop and grab coffee daily but this one will stick with me for a long time.nnIt doesn't take much to be decent, to treat others with respect & care. Thank you to all the staff at The Grill. You're doing a bloody good job.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten and the fries were a revelation! Definitely next level. We'll be back!
