Shocking service! Didn’t ask any questions about my secondary dwelling I’m wanting to build just flat out told me it couldn’t be done because of fire restrictions.nn1 phone call later to a more certified certifier and we’ve got plans to move forward and get construction underway. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

As the owner of Scally Projects, we have a high volume of work which requires a fast reliable certifier.nWhen it's all is against you, you need a certifier on your side that will stand the fight against the red tape that council can put in place. All Approvals have been doing this for Scally projects for the last 10 years. Highly recommended for all your certification needs
