Really happy we found this place while we were exploring Burnett Heads. Very grateful Lincon did have the time to show us his products even when he was closed at the time. We bought the Macadamia smoked blue salmon, the fish pate and smoked roe. We haven't used the roe yet but we served the smoked fish and pate as part of a cheese board to family this afternoon and it was no doubt the center of attention.nCannot wait to get some more and try the rest of the repertoire!

Excellent smoked fish. Being from NZ, good smoked fish is something that is really missed. Will definitely be ordering again very soon and making more smoked fish pies. Great product and fast service. Thank you.

I've come across The Seafood Smokery whilst sitting and fishing in Bowen , Qld. after meeting Lincoln whilst he was on vacation with his family, I was given a good piece of smoked Spanish Mackarel from their smokery to try, for successfully sharing the local Mackerel fishing tips. Boy was this piece of Mackerel to die for, the flavour bursts just kept on coming and it went down like a dream with a bottle of unwooded Hunter chardonnay and made my mouth and stomach want to have more. Well done to Lincoln and the other lads for creating a smoked piece of heaven, keep up the good work and I hope many others will get to try your smoked beauties, and enjoy them just as I did.
