The professionalism at this place was absolutely horrendous. When making an appointment with a CPA, I expected to be treated with respect and was more than happy to pay a premium for great service but I now realise that the CPA designation at this place means absolutely nothing as they have zero respect for clients. I had booked my appointment for 1pm and not only was I made to wait for 45 minutes without being told anything at all but the accountant with whom I had made my booking didn't even show enough respect to personally speak to me and tell me that he 'was running behind' and would be unable to take my appointment. I was then offered an option of 'receiving a phone call at around 3pm' as if my time didn't matter whatsoever and it was not their problem that the accountant with whom I had organised to meet and specifically asked for face-to-face had decided to not attend to me. I am not sure how they value client's time but it is clearly extremely low. Willingly making a commitment in the form of an appointment should warrant some sort of mutual respect and professionalism from client to accountant and vice-versa but at this firm it seems that they completely misunderstand what it is to make an appointment with a client and I honestly don't understand how you can hope to grow a business whilst treating people in this manner; like they do not matter at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointing visit and I will be taking my business elsewhere as should all readers of this review! There is a myriad of better places out there who will actually treat you with respect and professionalism.
