Great school, offers strong leadership opportunities that get you involved in the school and wider community. With our new Da-Vinci we can cater to science students better than ever before.nnWith our new stadium we are able to amplify and further develop our already existing sport education program which allows us to be a diverse and aware school community.nnI have personally been given excellent support from multiple stand points which have allowed to to obtain an excellent education thus far.nnTo all prospective families Bentleigh is an excellent option for your child!

I have two kids at different secondary schools, and this one was ready for the lockdown earlier in the year while the other one wasn't. The fees are about a quarter and the teachers really do care about the students. I like the focus being on helping every student and improving them all instead of focussing on the marks of the high achievers.

It’s a great school for athletic individuals, however the other programs could be more fine tuned. The music program should work on technique and theory more vigorously from year 8. The drama program is good but again, techniques could be demonstrated more. The academics were ok, but some of the teaching was outdated, and it felt like the head teachers cared more about appearances and facilities than the experience. There were definitely some amazing and supportive teachers here though.

School says that they value the students well-being but they clearly don’t. The principal is not the best and is clearly uneducated when talking about neurodiverse students. At a whole school assembly, the Principal unnecessary brought up ADHD and dyslexia and made it seem like it was a deficit that could be overcome with hard work when that’s far from the truth.nThe only thing the school excels at is the expensive sports academy program, that’s the only thing the school does right.
