BIGGEST waste of time. Doctor is rude, unhelpful and unorganized. They say they are going to do something and they don't send your script. If your in pain or concerned for yoir health DO NOT waste your time.

Booked a Telehealth appointment for 11:30am as I was showing signs of a cold/flu and could not attend a physical appointment. Called reception 10 minutes after my booked time to enquire if I had perhaps filled out the forms incorrectly as I had yet to receive a call and was told that the doctor was behind schedule. Called again after waiting for another 40 minutes and was told the doctor would call me when he was ready. Booked another Telehealth appointment with a different clinic while I was waiting on my original appointment and was attended to much quicker. I was essentially waiting for a total of two hours before I called to cancel my original appointment that I had with this practice. Not sure if this was a technical issue with the booking system however it was quite stressful as I was short on time to get a consult, especially since the first two phone calls I made to reception did not alleviate my concerns.

I have seen both Dr John and Dr Blanchard at this practice and every time they have taken the time to listen to my problems and provide me with the best possible care. The reception staff are lovely and are always warm, welcoming and professional. Wait times are pretty good considering it is a busy doctors surgery. I will continue to return to this surgery.
