Drovers Medical Centre

Recently attended Drovers for the first time and was so impressed, clean and up to date facilities. Found Reception staff great to deal with - even after dealing with some difficult patients from what I heard they handled themselves exceptionally and professionally. I read previous reviews and found that the negative ones did not put me off I thought I would try myself and I was not disappointed in the slightest. Obviously other readers need to remember there are 2 sides. Its not always the Staff's fault if the patient does not get what they want. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great medical centre...

I have been visiting this medical centre for a few months. the reception staff are fantastic and always so friendly and helpful. The Dr I see is very thorough and does not rush me. I have recommended this medical centre to all my family and friends. I can't understand all the negative reviews as I have nothing but positive experiences. Before you go by other people's negative reviews try the medical centre yourself, you wont be disappointed.

The doctors here have been amazing without fail but reception are awful. 1. I showed up for an appointment and my Dr pulled me out of the long queue to see me and I was told I "would be charged for that next time, the doctors need to know they are not in charge." 2. Charges $20 fee to transfer medical records. Insane. They are my dads personal data. They have no right to withold.

I met Dr. Sarah Tottle this morning and she is an attentive, thorough doctor with great bedside manner. She also raises money to help the orangutans in Borneo and Sumatra. 100% would recommend.

Lovely staff and very good doctor. I have been going to them since I moved from UK. And they are so helpful understanding. Will always recommend the doctors at drovers.
