Would be better if they were open till late. Quick and easy, just the way I like it! Staff are great, doctors are great and the facility itself, great! Underground parking makes life so easy as there are generally plenty of bays to park in.

Hi there, i only attend this clinic because my GP Dr Govan's there. In my experience he's very thorough & attentive, he's an awesome Dr. I recommended him to my daughter & she only goes to him now. Feel confident under his care.

Must have caught Dr Meade on a bad day, won't be back to see her again. Totally agree with 'Broken Nail' below. i got the same lecture about seeing my regular GP, what if your not happy with your regular GP. Just spent $70 for a lecture instead of medical advice, it's like pulling teeth from GP's to get any constructive advice. They appear to not enjoy their job, maybe they should become vets instead. The receptionist that I spoke to could do with some customer service skills also.

Absolute disgraceful service and disrespectful conduct from two so called professionals, David Clarke and Pramod Malik. Displayed no compasion nor empathy towards patient's request for verification of their Brain Trauma, more so when the information was required by a division of the Federal Government. Disappointingly, the Medical Practice takes no responsibility for the doctors conduct, so complaining to the Practice Manager is a redundant option. Formal complaints can be lodged with Health and Disability Complaints Office. Fortunately, my complaint will be supported by my Case Manager from Centrelink and Disability Services. This may only be an insignificant complaint by the standards of the venue, however the formal complaint to HADCO supported by Federal authorities will ensure a change in the elitist mindset of this venue. Response to OWNER.- Thank you for your reply, however I have already discussed this with the Practice Mgr and regardless of your response informing I can continue to liaise with them to resolve my complaint concerning Messrs Clarke/Malik, I decline the opportunity and will formally proceed to continue the matter with HADCO..
