Never have to wait long for appointments! Great kind doctors and friendly staff. In-house blood collection centre, pharmacy, optometrist, physio and full modern radiology clinic in the same complex. Highly recommended!

Love the friendly service at this centre, Jennifer is a caring and highly professional doctor, who made me comfortable and at ease. I have recommended this center to friends and family, glad to have finally found a local, bulk billing and lovely spot for the routine check ups!

Absolutely disgusting experience with Highland Medical. I came for my 3:30pm appt on Tuesday for them to tell me my appt was at 3:00pm and that I now have to pay a $25 late cancellation fee. They argued with me over the appt time saying they called me at 3:05pm when my phone showed a missed call at 3:21pm... 3 minutes before I actually arrived! Apparently there computer shows a confirmation text had been sent out and confirmed yet my phone showed no message at all? I told them I will not be paying the fee as I was not at fault and they asked if I would like to make another appt which I did so for Thursday... 2 days later. I arrived on the Thursday 10 minutes early only to argue my case again in regards to the late cancellation fee. The practise manager would not even give me the time of day and stayed in her office only for me to speak with the receptionist. Today I was turned away for the 2nd time in one week because of some miscommunication. I have never once missed an appt nor been late and this is the treatment I get. Im glad I wasted 2 trips to this practise only to not see a doctor. Needless to say I am more than happy to find another practise that values my time and my health.
