Creative Cables Lighting

Stephen and Helena are simply amazing. True professionals who have so much insight, knowledge and style. They go above and beyond to deliver a great service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Has a great range of products but would not recommend purchasing from Creative Cables - find a local lighting place instead. I purchased some products, then called Creative Cables to see if we could return a couple of the items (in white) and purchase them in black instead. I was told that was fine and that if I purchased the black products and returned the white ones, they would issue a refund for the white products. So I returned the black, purchased the white, but was then later told that I could only get a credit note. The manager, Steve, would not budge on this. Am very disappointed as am now effectively out of pocket $70. Also, one of the lampholders arrived with some internal piece broken - only discovered when the electrician was at our place and the light fitting would not quite work. Creative Cables did send a replacement but not via express post as request (as we were moving out and had time constraints on getting our lighting installation finished). Had to pay extra for the electrician to return to our place, plus couldn't get it all done by the time we moved out. Overall disappointing experience. Most of the people who work there are lovely but Steve was extremely unhelpful.

I love working with Creative Cables on lighting designs for my clients. They have such a beautiful range of fabric cords and timber components that I can stain to match my woven shades. I appreciate their consistent service and recommend them highly for bespoke interior solutions.

Quick response and processing. Beautiful quality charts. Bought one a while ago and ordered another now.

The worst company ive ever had the misfortune to deal with advertise items that they cant give you a price for or dont have probably do yourself a favour go elsewhere
