Giant Brisbane

The store is MASSIVE. Much much bigger than other Giant stores in Brisbane. Bought my first road bike and a bunch of accessories. Julian was super very friendly and helpful the whole time. He explained everything in details. Very patient with an amateur like me. He isn't pushy, trying hard to find the right size bike for me. Very pleasant buying experience. Well done guys.

I have only walked into Giant Brisbane once and the stock seems pretty darn good. My only customer experience has been a repair enquiry over the phone and I found the staff member to be honest, polite and matter of fact. All good traits. However, the repairs will have to wait a little while. Thanks.

Only recommend if you have to go to Giant, you will receive better customer service elsewhere. I came in an intially spoke to someone friendly enough about a minor fix on a bike. They said to come back when I had the part and it would be $20-$30. When I returned, I was served by the manager who talked down to me giving the impression that the work was too small for them to bother with and it would take a long time for them to make time as an appointment wasn't booked. Including quizzing me on who I was served by initially as if to get them in trouble for offering to help me. A friend at work said they had the same experience and had found another place that was more welcoming nearby. Walked around the corner and they fixed it on the spot with a smile within 5 minutes.

Great staff with excellent knowledge in all areas of biking. Recently had an accident and the staff were more than happy to check over my roadbike at no cost. Jarron and all staff members are always willing to help and give good advice. Greatly appreciate the service.

They focus on selling the bike rather than what is right for you and their bike fitting is just poor. Definitely not buying my next bike from here.
