Had a great experience staying here! Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great - super quiet and comfy bed and couch! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay.

Highly recommended, this place is absolutely beautiful. The reception staff (Adam) are helpful and cheery. The apartments are fresh, bright and clean and some with balcony for those who are smokers (ashtrays under the sink). Make this place your home away from home when next in Adelaide.

Rooms were lovely and clean...Adam was the best! Our group really got on well with him, he was most accomodating with anything we needed or needed to know! Would stay there again anytime!

Never been treated so poorly by safe members. They are the most bigoted team ever. Don't stay here if you are "different"

I can't get my stuff back from this hteol because my bill was one week overdue on a fortnightly stay. Even though I was starving and on the street and couldn't afford to pay them, they accused me of stealing and criminalised me for being poor while I was severely struggling with mental health. I am a freelance worker and had zero notice to collect my laptop- Which I have never seen happen in real estate before. When I commented on the Facebook page they blocked me- Which should be against the law. To protect their reputations for something they genuinely did do consciously- Even when entering a lockdown and I couldn't access a library computer or internet cafe- They still insisted upon heir money when I could barely even work.
