The Metro is a wonderful place, my partner and I come here regularly and we are always greeted with happy smiles and friendly "how are ya?" 's. The staff treat you like you're like family, very lovely and friendly, just like Cheers! The food is delicious and quick, all well and reasonably priced, plus the fire in the back room is wonderful for those chilly winter months. I highly recommend this beautiful old pub, its been done up recently and it looks terrific!

Had a work confrence here. Staff were really good, customer focused & friendly. Had a nice room for the meeting, and lunch was brought to us. Nice meals, nice setting
