Wanted one jacket pocket repaired with specific instrictions not to open the lining very much and recieved the jacket with 2 large openings sewed back together roughly with loose threads. I would like a refung but no contact us email on website

Great for dry cleaning however I would advise not to use their alteration or repair service. They won’t provide a quote or price for repairs then charge like a wounded bull.
