Terrible Experience. Went to these guys for the first time to dry clean a suit and a dress. I opted to pay upfront because they offer a discount if you do (big mistake). I dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up on a Thursday. When i got home the suit hadn’t been touched and there was a note on it saying “sorry we ran out of time” - had 5 days... Went back to the dry cleaner on the weekend to complain. Their reply was “do I have any proof?” (How about a suit that’s still stained...) and that the manager wasn’t around so i would have to come back during the week (when I’m at work). Just a rip off and bad customer service. Never went back for my refund, but still p**sed off enough to write this review.

Opening hours do not suit people who work and they’re totally inflexible in their operating hours.

Been a customer here for over 20 years. Excellent service and quality drycleaning.
