Secure Parking - Plaza Car Park

Absolutely worse customer service. Could not pay with payWave on their pay devices. Took me 20 min to pay by phone and then another 5+ minutes of buzzing their intercom to be let out after paying. Had a dozen people backed up behind me. Their car park is really tight as well. Was cheap but totally not worth the trouble to pay and get out.

Good location and cheaper than Wilson car park

Worst parking I can think. They have not written things in a clear way. Night parking to be charged 19 AUD as per instructions on main gate but once I entered and came out they took 36/night for 11 hours. I am not sure have how can I take my money back. 😔

Good rates if purchased online or from app. Buttons and signs in lift could be improved. Very good location in/around Hindley Street.
