Parking lot stinks and lift never works.

Parked on Care Park Blyth Street in Adelaide for a doctor's appointment. We finally found a spot on Level 6 then only to find out the lift is not working. The stairwell is dirty and smelly. If you have a medical condition especially an asthma, please be careful. An elderly man told us the lift will be dead for 4 to 6 wks. He is also kind enough to warn the other elderly ladies who just parked on level 6 to find a safe spot on lower levels. When we came back from the doctor's there were an elderly woman with a cane and a mom and her primary age son waiting at the entrance because you need to climb up the stairwell to get your car. I gave 1 star because of the guy who's watching people unless you ask him if the lift is broken then that is the time he'll tell you that he can bring you to whatever level you parked your car. I was with another guy/patron who told the care park staff that good thing he caught the "service car" on time because of heart condition rather than climbing up the stairwell in a hot afternoon. This care park should put up a sign at the entrance regarding their lift being not in service for its elderly patrons and those with child/ren. Or at least provide a discount on your parking fees whilst you try to fix your lift service. Cheers.

Good location. Cheaper early bird rates compared to other nearby carparks. Lifts and stairwell smelly...need to be cleaned.

Simply the worst, do yourself a favour and park literally anywhere else, small spots, terrible management and higher prices!

I would never park here again! The spots are to small and you end up with countless marks on your car.
