Wilson Parking - East End

Pitiful customer service, waiting over an hour on the phone to have a faulty beam not lifting. Disgraceful should be financial penalised for enabling a serious OH&S issue occur.

Car parking spaces are a reasonable size which is not the case in some other car parks. Not inexpensive, but that's not unique to this car park.

There were no parks today in the car park, I have had to park in a non-car park spot. I am a permit holder, could you please advise if this is ok for the short term? Marion

Parking was easy and equipment worked well, but unable to use Wilson One card.

2 bit operation and if they have the slightest opportunity to fine you, no matter how unreasonable, they will. They will then defraud the unsuspecting by making it LOOK like a fine (only governments and councils have the power to issue enforceable fines). They are unethical money-grabbers with no regard for the customer.
