Big washing machine on left didnt finish the load, clothes absolutely soaked still and no number to call and no one came when bell rang for assistance! Terrible service! Itll cost a fortune now to either rewash or to dry these soaked clothes. And they haven't even been rinsed properly. Edit: eventually got assistance from ladies out the back and they used their machine to finish my cycle so i could actually dry my clothes. Really should have a number that can be called at the least.
