Kristie-Lee is the epitome of amazing service. Professional, diligent and friendly. She promptly resolved an issue I had and also went above & beyond in helping me with another matter while I am overseas. If you need something done, and you want it done properly - I recommend Kristie-Lee at the Northam branch, she’s brilliant.

This branch has everything except long queues! There’s 2 smart ATM s which are good for after hours deposits. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you do have to wait, there’s a long cushioned bench. Heaps of parking nearby and quite close to the other banks if you absolutely need another bank.
