I had a good experience I was seen quite quickly but I wasn't organised with my tax deductible it can effect your out come so I recommend to anyone doing tax and you pay be organised not like me apart from that they do a good job

Appointment requested, had to wait 2 weeks, no problem. Received multiple emails reminding me of the appointment, including one within 48 hours before appointment. Turn up, no one is there. Call HQ, was told someone is coming in. HQ make a further call and say no one is coming. Am told the office has IT issues and I have fallen through the 'cracks'. Poor service, unprofessional, bad systems, your ideal tax partner?n(No ability to private message Hazel, suggest you look at your system to get my number. I believe I did speak to the District Manager, Deleen, yesterday).

Poor customer service.nMultiple errors made in calculating my tax, including foreign income. I was advised I would need to make a tax payment of approx. $1000. Once they submitted my return to ATO, the bill increased to $5600 due to a mistake made by HR block.nThere is no quality control or checking of tax returns which you would expect from such a large company.
