Such a great course that will open your eyes to see your childrens needs in ways that were always there but you dont realise. Kirsty is great and uses her own personal experience with the program to make great connections with the content and its very humbling to know that even the instructor has experienced the same eye opening learnings from this course.
Kirsty Peterson, thank you for providing a mediation service for myself and my broken family. These are very difficult situations in which I continue to face daily struggles well past our initial inception back in 2017, I have used Kirsty as a mediator on 2 occasion Nov - Jan 2017/18 and jan 2019. Kirsty was professional and represented both parties fairly. I am still in a heartbreaking struggle but we must understand as people this is not a reflection on Kirsty's service. As much as I hate the terrifyingly horrible, crippling and emotional process Kirsty served her purpose and did her job as a professional and any outcomes purely reflect on the personal circumstances of the 2 parties that accessed your service. The reason it has taken 3 years to review yourself is this is how long it takes to process the emotional heartbreak and give realistic feedback, it is easy to point fingers and unfortunately as i have found legal systems rely on accusation not fact. Today is the beginning of my official hearing in court. I have little hope for an equal and fair outcome but this is not a reflection upon yourself. Thank you for providing a service in which must be one of the most challenging jobs.
