Exemplary service provided by Alan Phillips during the lead up and on the day of my family member's court appearance. Knowledge of his subject matter was on point. Service and advice was professional. Responses were prompt if not immediate at all times throughout the process. Working with Alan was a pleasure. Alan took the time to understand my version of events, yet guided and helped me comprehend the law were my understanding failed me.nnAlan has a great perspective when it comes his fee structure, it provides both parties (you and he) to actually work together, rather than thinking of 'the cost' of the engagement.nnI would highly recommend Alan and hopefully I do not need to call on his services again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call Alan again.nnIf there is an area outside his expertise, Alan has an extensive professional network he can call upon and make introductions.

Allan Phillips is one of the best lawyers I've had pleasure to meet. To finally come across someone who fights for you.nInstead of just sitting there and waiting for a Paycheck before evening opening your case file. I've been in Situations.nWhere I've found myself in more trouble than I thought even possible.nI am now fully aware of this states policlly.nGuilty before proven innocent.nAnd Allan is the first lawyer who has the intelligence and willingness to actually helpnyou above and beyond. I found him really easy to speak to and he always ensured he went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of the processes and jargon involved with any official documents.
