They gave us incorrect account details, when we had to transfer thousands of dollars into their trust account. Surely they would think to double check the account number, especially when we are sending THEM money? Not even a hint of an apology from staff or the principal. Was a very stressful time.

DO NOT use them for any family law matters if you want decent representation and don’t want to be ripped off! Extremely inexperienced in dealing with the family law courts, They do not listen to your instructions as they insist they know what’s better for you even if it means putting your children in danger! They quoted me $3-5k that I gave them up front then send me an invoice for a further $8k+ Just 3 days before the court hearing demanding immediate payment! Their lawyer representing me had to constantly consult with her superior as she was well out of her depth in court! So now they expect me to pay them $15k for about 3 weeks worth of inadequate representation! In the past I have seen Ward Keller represent people I know in non family law matters with great professionalism but they are extremely lacking in family law.
