A lovely quiet space. There's a very informative display of the history of the Northern Territory and you can sit and watch the 'Darwin Film' which takes you through all the challenges Darwin has overcome over the years. Free printing up to 20 pages. Helpful staff. Great to spend a quiet day reading or working.

Serene, apart from one of the librarians who is fond of talking loudly, regardless of the number of people trying to study quietly.

A truly outstanding public space. Richly imbued with our past, our written journals and future aspirations. Cocooned inside an amazing piece of architecture to rival the iconic Sydney Opera House.

Must visit. Worked here for a day - a great place to sock away a few hours of super productivity.

This library has an excellent atmosphere with public bathrooms and a beautiful sun deck to relax on. Needing to put my belongings through a scanner and go through a metal detector to enter a library is unfortunate
