Beautiful spot in Darwin to go for a walk with scenic views especially at sunset. Public toilets available. Wifi available at some of the benches. Lots of shady trees. Plenty of pretty photo opportunities. Not far to walk over to the waterfront for fine dining and/or swimming. Multiple informative historical signs if interested in reading about Darwin’s history.

The esplanade is a great park for an early evening walk and to catch the sunset. Go to the viewing platform at the western end for an unobstructed view over the harbour.
