Absolutely the best service by everyone from first phone call to completion! The young technician had a great attitude and didn't give up until he found the issue. Wonderful old fashion service, so thankyou to all of you.

Keith Atkinson Electrical-Nambour was one of the companies I was calling to get quotes from for general light/fan switch repairs, supply new ceiling fan & installation, new exhaust fan/installation in main toilet and I was taken back, that they replied quickly to my enquiry with Seth and then Catrina emailing me to say James will give me a call at a convenient time for me which he did and I must say, I feel the staff I have so far been liaising with in regards to getting a quote for the jobs I needed to be sorted, are genuinely friendly and helpful and your electrician Darren... is a really nice guy.. friendly as well as honest, reliable and prompt ( he even arrived before the said time), he is a credit to your business and has done a great job of fixing the issues ( excellent workmanship ! ud83dudc4dud83dude09 Can honestly recommend this business, I have had a business in the past and worked for many different companies and it so refreshing to see that you Keith and your staff are giving the good ol' fashioned friendly customer service from the beginning of our enquiry to the completion of work done ! A little disappointed with the communication. Was told they would call before they arrived... arrived an hour early with no notice. The men were nice and friendly did a good job no complaints with them. But wasn't told that i would be charged for 2 people.nnWas quoted $80 call out fee a $40 dollars an hour. Ended up getting charged for 4 1/2 hours when they were here for 1:45 minutes as i timed on my phone... no email reply.nnNo return calls. Probably wont be using again for poor customer service but not the work done...

It was an absolute pleasure and delight to work with this company-From reception with Liz, who was helpful, professional and personable. The quoting stage with James and Seth, who answered all our questions patiently and gave us the best options that suited our budget and needs. Lastly the installation stage with James, Dave and Jordan. All of whom, were professional, respectful and punctual. I was always updated with their plans and they were extremely respectful of my home (regarding dirty shoes) and my infant (regarding noise).nExtremely happy and grateful to them all, and will definitely be using them in the future!
