Secure Parking - 167 Eagle Street Car Park

There is access issues for this car park. All the lifts are not accessible around 8:00 pm . All customers have to use ramps to get to carpark!! This is not safe and make lots of inconvenience while they charge expensive rates. All access to lifts are blocked and people with pram is using ramp to get to carpark. Department of health and safety & Brisbane City Council must review the access issues urgently. I am referring to exact same car park at 167 Eagle Street Brisbane for secure Parking. This happened to me few times as unfortunately I had no other option in the area. Happy to send you some other people contact details to assure you the lift is not accessible. Please get out of your office and physically check access after 8:00 pm.

Please get out of your office and physically check access after 8:00 pm. THE LIFT ARE WORKING BUT THE GLASS GATE IS NOT BEING OPEN AFTER 8:00. yOU NEED ACCESS CARD TO OPEN THE GLASS DOOR.

Be careful parking here as lifts are not accessible after 19:00 pm. I forced to use ramps to get to my car with two kids. Glass gates were locked and no access to Lift . We were with Group of friends and I asked them all to add google review for access issues. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO FIX THIS URGENTLY DUE TO SAFETY.

the worst experience... I paid $41 just for 50 minutes.. be careful!

The worst parking in the city, smelly, no Apple Pay available (in 2020!?), and when you call the customer care for support they are as rude as it could be. And eventually they could not help me!
