Secure Parking - Central Plaza 1 Car Park

Told i was lucky to get a spot with the push button ticket and I have to book online! What the point in city parking if you have to book online to !!TRY!! and get a spot. Parking attendant fair rude about me parking in there without a booking! Would give negative stars if it was possible!

So giving a one star rating because every single time I have parked here! I am greeted by a rude old parking attendant. Rather go park at Myer center or in the Brisbane river..

Left my keys with on-site attendant. Returned and found a scratch mark passenger side mirror. Have started communications with SecureParking's claim team but I doubt anything will bear fruit after reading their T&Cs. They will probably say they're not liable for any damage to the car despite their employee not exercising due car. We will see the outcome. If possible, I would suggest you don't leave your keys with the attendant.

Nice and tidy, with automatic lighting to save on power usage. Casual parking located at the very end on the lowest level.
