Secure Parking - 126 Margaret Street Car Park

Very tight to turn in...

Very very tight and claustrophobic. Poor design. Friend scraped her car.

Good location and use secure a spot via their website to get a good deal on casual parking.

Unsafe! I cannot believe this car park is permitted to operate, let alone charge a premium! The early bird parking is over $10 more than the other secure parking carpark on the same street. At best, this carpark should cost $10 per day. The carpark is not secure, there are no boom gates. The ramps between each level only fit one vehicle and require a sharp turn with no visibility of any cars coming the other way. Secure parking should consider making this car park small vehicle , bicycle or motor bikeonly.. I will never book this carpark again.

Hello All, I would not recommend using this "Secure Parking complex" 1. It's not secure, the complex does not have working boom gates. Anyone could walk off the street, steal your car a drive straight out. 2. The clearance for even RAV4 is tight, it is only 1.8m, don't even think about taking a 4x4 into this complex 3. The ramps are not wide enough to pass, you can be required to reverse up or down due this and the blind corners. 4. A company call TMS (traffic monitoring services) has to monitor the a car park because it has no working boom gate / PIN system. They are quite happy to hand out fines if you pay but don't meet their standard in anyway (conditions of entry). Full disclosure, I received a ticket for not displaying a valid parking ticket. Secure don't issue a parking ticket when you book online. They just email you a Pin number. I don't have a printer and hand wrote in bold writing the details emailed to me. Very clear and easy to read. It is possible to appeal but takes time. Its a con in my opinion. Kind Regards
