Care Park - Novotel Hotel, Brisbane Car Park

Cheap parking, often quite dirty and wet when it rains. Very difficult to get out of at peak hour traffic. They increased the monthly parking twice in 6 months. They ask you to pay by debit order and then just stop collecting the money without letting you know. They take more than they should by debit order and and take almost 3 months and many phone calls and emails to get it refunded.

NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH. Signed up at $200 per month, within 3 months the price had risen to $380 per month. Gave them a months notice to quit and cancelled the park. They still took $398 for the final month. I'm owed 3.5 weeks over-payment. Told to wait 21 business days. That was 3 months ago, still no refund. I call everyday and I'm told its getting processed but still nothing. Zero Stars.
