Secure Parking - 179 Turbot Street Car Park

It seems disingenuous at best to have a sign on the footpath advertising parking from $5, when 31 minutes costs $41, and the first 5 floors are reserved, so it’s all-but impossible to enter, park, walk to the footpath, and get back to your car in 31 minutes. I drove in, wasted ten minutes going around in circles, and drove out.

I reserved a spot but there were no spare parking spaces. Very few are available for casual parking - most are reserved for companies. Only small cars can use the ones that are available for casual parking. This should not be considered if you have important meetings to attend as your chances of getting a reserved spot here are low or if you have a larger car. Very disappointed.

Convenient to work but some hoodlum jumped up and down on my bonnet severely damaging it. There was no offer of compensation from the owners. Only when I asked did they agree to give me 1 free day parking as a sop. Not impressed.

Car park very full and I had to drive up several levels to find a space. Carpark is also very tight and would not suit a big vehicle.

Always a convenient parking location. Reasonably close to be able to walk to the most popular parts of the city of Brisbane. I always book on line which gives me a significant saving compared to random drive ups.
