Secure Parking - 201 Charlotte Street Car Park

Gives no warning on website about the style of this car park facility. I used it like a normal car park, watched where I was driving instead of looking for a stop sign under the vision level of my car and got abused by the man at the front desk, who continued to lecture me about the process of the car park as I was having to hand over my car key! I would NOT have chosen to park here if I new it was going to be such a hassle.

Price board said $16 for anywhere past 30 mins on the weekend and had no other obvious stipulations; stayed the night, left in the morning and it charged us $32

Pro: Secure Parking Cons: Even paying customers can't get in... Or out It said on Google Maps that this place closes at 10pm, but Secure-A-Spot let me book so I assumed all would be fine. I drove up to the gate, entered my pin and was denied entry. The lady on the intercom told me my parking was from 10pm which (see photo) it wasn't, so after answering a series of security questions, she let me in. Inside the only way to walk out was through the fire escape (a series of one way doors you have to walk through because the elevator requires a fob). I have to come back to get my car later and while getting to it will be a challenge, I rest easy knowing that it is definitely secure.

So dodgy. Lifts on a swipe that isn't provided with the pin code we received for the parking. Ended up walking down a 1:8 ramp to get back in. Took the fire stairs to get out. Mostly tandem bays. So far from AS2890.1, AS1428.1 or TAPS.
