Terrible service. Usually park here with early bird special. Conditions for early bird is to enter before 9:30am and you will only get discount if you are parked for more than six hours. I don't have a problem with these conditions, but today when I phoned and asked for their help as I need to go pick up my children, they would not help me with an exception.

Amazingly professional & courteous staff at this business. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Great prices for parking too!

They have a parking system so you'll always have a parking spot and the service is great. However the costs can be expensive.

It is very expensive to park in here, but a prime spot in the city, I got a free parking at this car park,by donating blood at the nearby blood donor. Do note that you HAVE to park at this place in order to get free parking after donation. You have to exchange your entry ticket for an exit ticket at the reception of the donor centre. The car park itself is narrow, not great for large vehicles.

Sign says $20 early bird special I entered at 730 am stayed a few hours and was charged $70 total rip off
