The experience has been great since the car park changed management. The prices are cheap for a whole day's worth of parking - don't have to worry being stung with a $80.00 parking fee. Thanks!

Still smells on a bad day, but much improved since operators changed. The ticket machines are easy to read and use. The rates are far more reasonable now.

What's the point of paying an exuberant price and booking online if you don't reserve the spot? All parks were full with other cars also driving around looking for vacant parks. Ended up driving around the carpark for 50 minutes until someone else left and I was able to take their park. Please don't reply to me with some generic copy-paste response asking me to get in touch with you, that you would "investigate" it or whatever. You know what the problem is, take this information into account.

Definitely not 2.2m clearance. 2.2m is probably accurate throughout the car park but not at the boom gate. The book gate scratched my paint job and the gate itself broke getting out. The after hours support isn’t great - I was on hold for before my call was answered regarding this incident. The plus side is that the online booking is easy, and the pin functionality is great (minus the Covid19 danger of touching a touch screen), so is the ability to leave after 12pm.
