Care Park - 344 Queen Street, Brisbane

DON’T BOOK! It’s a complete waste of money. No entrance no sign. They won’t refund saying it’s your fault not be able to find it, other cars can find it. Unless you live beside it, you cannot find it. And they don’t have cancellation rule, they rule what they want. I had to park into another place which is cheaper without booking ahead online.

It is actually off Ely Lane for entry/access... so don’t get confused like I did! Down a little ally that you can barely see. They don’t open until 7:30 am and close at 6:00 pm. STRICTLY. This is Brisbane city. It wakes early and sleeps late. I could understand say 6:30 am and 6:30 pm... Anyway, if you’re from out of town, best avoid this place. Traffic is unpredictable so you don’t know what time you’ll get into the city at the best of times. Also avoid if there is a chance you could be working late.

Not even 1 star. Absolute snakes. State night rate $20 then hide down the bottom "new charges start at 5am" to try and unethically get money out unsuspecting customers. Don't display terms and conditions on ticket to try and deceive customers. Honestly park ANYWHERE else.
