Care Park - 53 Charlotte Street, Brisbane

Incredibly easy pre booking experience, booked online for a Friday night 6pm-12am and was charged a grand total of $3.24 for the whole night thanks to a promo code. Easy access in and out with a PIN and plenty of spaces. Walking distance to everything.

This is the WORST car park in Brisbane. I need to park there sometimes because it is very near my work but I have never parked there without one or all of the following occurring: - you can't get in through the boom gate in the morning because it won't produce a ticket and when you push the intercom they very rudely tell you to reverse and go to the other boom gate (no apology ) - people are usually behind you trying to also get in !!!!! and /or also lined up at the other boom gate so you can't reverse and go to the other boom gate ; - when you go to pay cash at the pay station it won't read your ticket; - if it does read your ticket, the pay station won't accept $1 or $2 coins (I pay $26 for early bird) even though it says it does so you spend 10 minutes waiting for someone to help you through the intercom system AND - then when they issue you a new ticket through the pay station for $25 after acknowledging that the pay stations aren't set up to accept $26 early bird money, - you then have to push the intercom again to speak to someone when you get to the boom gate to get out because they haven't processed the newly issued ticket correctly....all in all it usually takes anywhere between 15-20 minutes by the time you get out of the car park ….the car park has very old infrastructure and the customer service on the intercom is beyond terrible......

I rarely leave bad reviews but this is absolutely called for. How dare you call yourself a ~Care~park and charge people 86 dollars for 4 hours of parking with misleading signs that say "16 dollars flat rate after 5pm"- but if you get there a moment before 5pm, you pay FULL AMOUNT DAY RATES AFTER 5PM, instead of of the hour of rates plus 16. Before this company took over, Secure Parking owned this building and I parked there regularly with no problem. Rates half the price Carepark are charging. Fix your misleading pricing and maybe you wont have to have police signs around the building treating your customers like criminals for sky high and dodgily worded price signs.
