Secure Parking - 388 Brunswick Street Car Park

Confusing signage made parking difficult and unclear; elevators close to quickly, and are a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Parked my car for work, came back around 1am and tried to pay for it but my card declined because I need to teenager between my bank accounts, however it turned out commbank was down until 7am that morning. So I decided to call for assistance and the rude lady just told me there’s no way she can help me and I should have preparred and knew the commbank was going to be down. Told her I was working all night so I wouldn’t have Nd basically told me said too bad that’s my fault. Now I understand it’s my responsibility to pay for my parking but stuff like this happens Nd right now That im in need of assistance you’re telling there’s absolutely nothing you can do Nd I have to stay in my car until 7am in the morning?

I park here every day for work. A bit dirty.
