Staff are generally friendly but super expensive for PBS or non PBS medication. Staff don’t try and find the cheapest generics and was easily $10 per item more than other Chemists. I realised only after paying but was refused a refund.

Great staff. Arrived just before closing and the team was very patient and accommodating.

Had to buy a few things when I was in town recently. Great service, nice place - as far as pharmacies go. The prices were really good too. Much better than other pharmacies I have been to recently.

I've been dealing regularly with Spring Hill Pharmacy for six months now. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and approachable. They have been wonderful with the questions I've had about medications and nothing's too much trouble. The pharmacists have liaised with my doctor's office regarding complex medications and really simplified it for me. The Pharmacy Assistants are lovely and helpful. The store itself is always clean and impeccably presented. It's a pleasure to deal with them.
