McDonald's Cobram

Third time this week there was a problem with the order. Big macs ordered and charged. Cheese burger delivered. I picked the deliveries for vulnerable people who need to self isolate. When tried to call no answer on the phone number listed. Nor willingness to rectify in person. Disappointing. Our weekly order was between 300- 500 dollars totalled. 46 weeks per year.

Up until today I have avoided going here for quite some time due to food often being cold or overcooked. However today I decided to treat my family and stop here while we were in town. I wish I hadn't and I will not be returning in the future due to the horrible customer service I received. After repeating my order twice in the drive through they handed me the wrong items. This is fine, however when I told them it was wrong I was spoken to so rudely it took me by surprise. The girl in the window huffed at me and then yelled out "are you serious? Didn't you read the board when you placed your order?" She then went on to lecture me about reading the board to ensure they are placing the correct order. I tried telling her I had repeated my order but she spoke over the top of me, continuing with her lecture while the other staff behind her were redoing my order. The kids in the back of my car were quite distressed about this and asked why this lady was yelling at me and whether there was something wrong. After she was finished her rant, she handed me the order and slammed the window shut. I went around the corner and checked the order and once again, it was wrong, however I decided not to go back and have it fixed as I didn't want to be yelled at again by this girl. We will not be returning here.

Cobram need a bit of a shake up, they missed a drink out my order, the food was cool. If the staff just concentrated on what they are supposed to be doing, instead of mucking around, it would improve.
