Lovely jewellery. We have been customers for 5 years now and have had many beautiful pieces manufactured here.nUnfortunately, we ordered a gold heart pendant with a purple stone about 7 months ago now (back in June). We have not heard anything since initial order. It was stated that it could take a while as they were under a lot of pressure, but I think 7 months is a bit of a stretch when there’s been no communication.nDevastated. As previously stated the jewellery is immaculate and beautiful, but after this we won’t be back.
Was very happy with the quote for having my wedding ring repaired. Picked it up today. Extremely happy with the workmanship & price, which was less than half what i was quoted elsewhere. Would highly recommended them.
They repaired my watch a lot cheaper than quoted in an up market area shop. Very pleased.
