After having repeated unsatisfactory service experiences at City Holden, we took our car to Duttons Mt Barker, wanting to keep it with a Holden dealer to make sure everything was done correctly for our extended warranty. Our first service at Duttons was perfect, our second service involved a misunderstanding but Kim was amazing and sorted it for us, plus they properly fixed the issue that we had been back to City Holden for a few times without success. We highly recommend Duttons Holden Mt Barker.

We have purchased a new car from Craig H. of Duttons . Craig at all times gave us unbiased and knowledgeable advice on different makes of cars that Duttons sell and also other makes they do not sell. During the process of purchasing we noticed the car we have selected and will pick up in next couple of days had a very minor issue. We advised Craig and he consulted the Service Manager who immediately rectified same. This all took a couple of hours in total, we also had immediate feedback from them.nThis appears indicative of Duttons staff who all appear be focused on addressing any concerns or questions the customer raises.
