MDC Camper Trailers & Offroad Caravans (South Australia)

We have bought 2 MDC campers. The second is a hybrid Forbes 13. We bought our 12 months ago. From the time of our first enquiry to today after having some minor warranty work done, I can HIGHLY recommend MDC Adelaide and the Warranty section. Trouble free assistance with the desire to help has been brilliant. I am not connected to the company other than being a very satisfied customer.

Picked up our new van today. Can't thank Kevin, Blake and the team from MDC enough for this whole experience from our first visitor with Kevin to our handover with Blake. An experience we will get a lifetime of enjoyment from.

My partner and I purchased a new Explorer forward fold Easter 2021. After attending caravan and camping show to more research past that we couldn't go past the mdc brand. Had great fast turnaround times from the day of order to delivery. Used first da of purchase over easter could not fault the quality of the camper. Highly recommend

Paid upfront for a camper and since then customer service was deplorable. Was told there was a camper in stock, was then told our camper was sold to someone else, so had to pay nearly $1000 in freight to get one from Melbourne. We specified that we were able to then pick it up on a certain date to avoid further charges. Arrived for our appointment at 0825 for the 0830 appointment to get a phone call at 0827 to say that the rego hadn’t been done, then the camper needed detailing, we waited around for an hour and a half, if we were told upfront we could have run errands and come back.nFor everyone else’s information the drawers are designed not to be removed, took a drawer out, the slides were broken, were told that the part was $160 and would cost $600 all up to fix, did it ourselves with $75 worth of new slides that are better made from Bunnings, took an hour and now work better.nThis is the first bad review I have written because I feel so strongly and I feel obligated to warn people.
